Formulating Tips: It is generally added to the oil phase or added post-emulsification (cool-down phase) at 40°C or lower. Due to its limited solubility, it works best when combined with solvents like propylene glycol or propanediol to avoid a gritty, uneven texture.
Usage Tips
Because this is a raw powder, it may require heating or solubilizers (like Propylene Glycol) to dissolve fully.
It is not an AHA or BHA, but it offers similar exfoliating benefits without the same level of irritation.
