Import Responsibilities
Please be advised that all orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. As the "Importer of Record," the recipient is responsible for these additional charges; we have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

SkincareClue is currently operating as a small supplier and is not registered for VAT or GST/HST at this time. Consequently, we do not collect sales tax or VAT at checkout. All prices displayed on our website are the final amounts charged by us and do not include any destination-specific taxes that may be due upon delivery.

Delivery Delays and Refusals
Customs processing may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, you may be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping costs, and any customs fees incurred.
