Prices are subject to change without notice. Availability and quantites are not guaranteed. While we strive to maintain accurate and timely price information here, we are not ultimately responsible for errors, omissions, or otherwise inaccurate prices on the website. The final amount of money due per order is always determined during order processing, not during shopping cart selection or at the checkout. Payment made can be readjusted through direct communication channels if found to be a wrong price.

Placing an Order:

SkincareClue can only process Orders placed in this website if the order has been fully paid for and payment duly confirmed. Items cannot be reserved and partial payments are not acceptable.

Wrong orders (where the wrong market was selected and the wrong price paid) will be cancelled. We will first inform the ordering customer about this and once the ordering customer is able to promptly respond to our message within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued through the payment channel used unless if there's any dedustions made by the payment processing company.

For orders where the ordered quantity is not available in full, partial refund will be issued. The customer will be first contacted for confirmation, but in a case of unresponsiveness after 24 hours of our first message, we will go ahead to process the available quantity and issue a partial refund for the missing quantity.

We accept all the payment methods indicated in our checkout page. We are responsible for all payment processing fees associtaed with the acceptable payment systems unless otherwisely stated.
