• pH Target Limits: For consumer safety in DIY cosmetics, it is critical to maintain a finished product pH of 3.5 or higher to prevent skin irritation. Never formulate consumer-ready leave-on cosmetics below a pH of 3.5.
• Temperature Stability: Highly heat-stable; can be safely added to the water phase before heating or during the cool-down phase (below 40°C / 104°F) for safe, precise integration and pH verification.
